It's Known for Its First-Class Condos

There are very few single-family properties located in the Warehouse District, but there are plenty of upscale condos to choose from. Older buildings and signature warehouses have been converted into trendy modern residences with luxurious amenities (including jaw-dropping views of the Mississippi River and city skyline).

Unlike the French Quarter, off-street parking is more readily available, though residents still lease parking by the month from parking garages in the Warehouse District.
